New facility and site improvements

Bellevue Fire Station #10 is a two-story, 26,521-SF facility to serve the City of Bellevue's downtown and the surrounding areas. Bellevue's population growth and an increasing number of high-rise structures called for the new fire station in order to improve response times for both fire and medical emergencies. This new station features administration offices, five apparatus bays, operational support spaces, crew living spaces and sleeping rooms, and community training space. Cornerstone performed demolition, site work, building construction, and the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Extensive site work included stormwater mitigation, wetland mitigation/restoration, utilities, landscaping, station and visitor parking, and more. The team also completed utility relocation, sidewalk and traffic improvements (including signalization), and right-of-way frontage improvement.
