The 285,000-SF replacement Bethel High School will be one of the district's largest projects ever, replacing the district's oldest school in Spanaway. It will be built on 98 acres the district owns at 224th Street East and 77th Avenue East in the Graham area. The school will serve 1,800 students within two levels and multiple wings and courtyards. It also will have student, staff and bus parking areas, as well as tennis courts, sports fields and associated infrastructure improvements. Cornerstone will complete the new facility in time for the 2026/2027 school year.
