The BASIS Bothell Canyon Park project will renovate an existing office building to accommodate a new private K-12 school for BASIS Independent Schools. The new school will boast a 123,000-SF campus with state-of-the-art labs; specialized classrooms for drama, music, visual arts and engineering; a full-size gymnasium; outdoor sport courts and fields; and a playground. The structure will require the strategic and skillful removal of two post-tension slabs on one end of the building in order to open up the space for the full-size gym. The facility will be complete for the 2025/2026 school year.
