North Creek High School

The project consists of a brand-new school built upon a 62-acre greenfield site. It features three 2-story facilities comprised of flexible learning spaces, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) classrooms, a central commons/cafeteria, gymnasiums, and state-of-the-art performing arts center featuring a wall-to-wall tension grid system and versatile retractable seating system. Additional site features include athletic fields, wetlands, rain gardens, parking, landscaping, and right-of-way development.
