Newport High School Modernization 2022

Our second modernization project at Newport High School was a multi-phased modernization as well as additions to the existing facility. The general scope included approximately 145,000 SF of addition, 40,000 SF of modernization to existing structures and 65,000 SF of demolition of existing buildings. The school remained fully operational throughout construction with defined work areas for construction in each phase. The project also encompassed site work with parking, fields and plaza areas, as well as street frontage and right-of-way work.
