Newport High School Modernization 2022

Our second modernization project at Newport High School includes a multi-phased modernization as well as additions to the existing facility. The general scope includes approximately 145,000 SF of addition, 40,000 SF of modernization to existing structures, and 65,000 SF of demolition of existing buildings. The school will remain fully operational during construction with defined work areas for construction in each phase. The project also includes site work with parking, fields and plaza areas as well as street frontage work. Cornerstone will complete the project in early 2026.
