Ferndale High School

At 220,000 SF, the new Ferndale High School replacement project was the largest capital project in the history of the school district. The new facility serves up to 1,600 students. The scope of work included the new three-story building, a new stadium, updates to the Performing Arts Center, installation of synthetic turf fields, along with other site improvements such as student drop-off areas, parking and circulation, access driveways, and green space.
