College Place Elementary and Middle Schools

Cornerstone will build two new schools for Edmonds School District - College Place Elementary and College Place Middle School. The new K-5 dual-language elementary will be a 3-story mass timber structure. It will serve up to 550 students and replace the current K-6 elementary facility on the existing site. The new middle school will serve approximately 1,000 students from grades 6-8. Located on the same site, the current school will remain operational until the new facility is complete.
