Whittier Elementary School

Cornerstone and McGranahanPBK have partnered to build Tacoma Public Schools the new Whittier Elementary School under the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. The new school will serve approximately 400 students in grades K-3 with an approximately 40,000-SF facility. The project also includes utilities and infrastructure work, on- and off-site improvements, a parking lot, playgrounds and play fields as well as demolition of the previous building. The new school will be completed in time for the Fall 2027 school year.
