Cathcart Maintenance Facility

The Cathcart Maintenance Facility consisted of a new public works center with a total of eight new buildings including a two-story office and maintenance building, a firing range building, and a fleet management building with 18 repair bays. Consisting of new parking lots, roads, and right-of-way improvements, the site stretched out over 60 acres with major earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure.
