South Bellevue Community Center

The project created a new, full-service community center for the south Bellevue and Eastgate communities. Built within an existing park situated on a steep grade in a forested, urban setting, this project was planned carefully to minimize disruptions and maintain community access during construction. With an overarching theme of health and wellness, the new facility features two full-size gymnasiums, a fitness room, two climbing walls, an art wall, meeting rooms and a large lobby.
