Cornerstone would like to celebrate the promotion of Max Anderson to Chief Estimator, effective immediately. After beginning his career at Cornerstone as a summer intern during college, Max officially joined Cornerstone as a project engineer in 2009. Max has been a contributor to the company’s pursuits across all delivery methods from hard bid to Progressive Design-Build. Since 2016, he’s touched each project Cornerstone has pursued.
His most significant contributions include leading the teams to secure wins to construct our first mass timber projects and our first progressive design-build project. Other significant projects have included Juanita HS, Stanwood HS, Cougar Mountain MS, Thomas Jefferson HS, Lake Stevens HS, and Pine Lake MS.
Max shares his experience and industry knowledge generously both within the company through our intern program and beyond with the ACE Mentorship program. A graduate of the University of Washington’s Construction Management program, Max also holds an Associate DBIA and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Congratulations Max on your new role!
