The Surprise Lake Middle School replacement facility was built on a fully occupied campus. The building encompasses an entire middle school program including STEM labs, athletics and a state-of-the-art learning commons. Additionally, though not part of the original scope, the existing track and field were resurfaced with funds made available through contingency savings.
