Explorer Middle School

The Explorer Middle School project's Phase 1 will build a new 21,400-SF gymnasium and replace the track. The new gymnasium building will provide a new main gym, an auxiliary gym, a fitness studio, locker rooms and restrooms. The replacement track will feature new a new turf field, a rubberized track, and improved stormwater management and utilities. Explorer Middle School serves approximately 950 students in the Mukilteo School District. Cornerstone will complete the project in time for the start of the 2025/2026 school year.
