About the Student and Community Workforce Agreement.

SPS has created the Student and Community Workforce Agreement (SCWA) specifically to promote hiring and recruitment of workers and subcontracting firms that include people of color, women, current/former students, wage-earners in households with students, and residents of economically distressed zip codes within Seattle.
