The South Bellevue Community Center project created a new, full-service, community center of 32,000 square feet for the south Bellevue and Eastgate communities. Built within an existing Bellevue park situated on a steep grade in a lush, forested, urban setting at the base of Somerset hill, this project was planned carefully to minimize disruptions and maintain community access during construction. With an overarching theme of health and wellness, the new SBCC features two full-size gymnasiums, a fitness room, two climbing walls, an art wall, meeting rooms, and a large, open lobby.
