The Snowy Owl Theater project consisted of a new 12,500-square-foot theater at the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts in the small alpine town of Leavenworth, Washington. Cornerstone worked closely with the owner and design team to implement multiple large-scale facility upgrades beyond the original design, allowing for the pursuit of LEED Silver accolades and improvements to planned audio, video, and theatrical lighting installations. These changes transformed the theater from a venue initially intended solely for music into a multiuse performing arts center.
“I was struck by how efficiently the crew went about their work. They had all the right equipment, and their skill in delicately moving enormous trusses into place was impressive… Moreover, they worked very well with the architects, the engineers, and others involved with this project. Their adaptability was very much appreciated.”
