Lynnwood High School

The Lynnwood High School project involved the construction of a 217,000 square-foot high school on a greenfield site. The project featured a performing arts theater, library, full service kitchen, gymnasiums, science/physics lab classrooms, state-of-the-art teaching walls, and much more. Major site improvements included new baseball/softball fields, a football field, tennis courts, parking lots, and right-of-way improvements. The new school featured cutting-edge technology for controlling energy consumption as part of a pilot project on sustainable-school construction, estimated to reduce electricity costs by 50% over the life cycle of the building.

“I would recommend Cornerstone for several reasons. They strive to be team players and encourage that attitude with everyone involved in the project. The Cornerstone team is straightforward and fair with all parties which creates respect… Most importantly they are problem solvers geared to a primary goal of getting the job done.”
