Nine distinct construction phases culminated in a remodeled Bellevue High School with additional new construction for a total of 260,000 square feet. The project included phased demolition of existing classroom facilities and modernization of the existing gymnasium, locker rooms, performing arts center, and cafeteria. A full production theater with a state-of-the-art lighting and sound broadcast booth for TV/video/radio, a fully functional automotive and machine shop, and athletic fields highlight the project. All construction was performed in the midst of an operating campus.
“I would recommend Cornerstone General Contractors to any school district having a major construction project.”
